These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of corgi-bottom.com and CorgiBuds services, content, communications, and purchases made through the website (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Corgi Bottom / CorgiBuds, operated by CORGI LIKE LLC (referred to in these Terms as “Corgi Bottom / CorgiBuds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the Site, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and are able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, use automated means to scrape or extract Site content without our written permission, submit fraudulent orders or payment information, or use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

3. Product information, pricing, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Product colors and appearance may vary by device display. Product pages may contain typographical, pricing, availability, or other errors, and we may correct an error, update information, cancel an affected order, or refund an affected payment where permitted by applicable law.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and do not include shipping charges, taxes, duties, brokerage charges, or other fees unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, inventory error, or payment-processing failure.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in the order. An order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. We may accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation, deliver the product to the carrier, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. If an address or other information is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed, returned, or impossible. Please review your order promptly and contact us at support@corgi-bottom.com if a correction is needed. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that a submitted order can be changed or cancelled.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe and the payment methods made available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping, taxes, and disclosed fees.

Stripe processes card and other payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or CVV codes on our systems. We may receive limited payment and transaction information, such as payment status, transaction identifier, billing details, and fraud-screening results, in order to process your order, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and issue refunds.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or flagged for fraud review, we may delay fulfillment, request additional verification where permitted by law, or cancel the order and return any funds due.

6. Shipping, delivery, and delays

We currently ship physical products to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. Delivery coverage, carrier options, and shipping prices are shown at checkout and may depend on the destination and product availability.

Most orders are expected to arrive approximately two weeks after order confirmation, but this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer because of order volume, inventory availability, carrier interruptions, weather, customs processing, address issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. If we cannot ship an order within the time stated when you placed it, or within another applicable time period, we will provide notice and the available options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling the unshipped portion of the order for a refund.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Subject to the eligibility conditions in that policy and applicable law, eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Nothing in these Terms or the Return & Refund Policy limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, product descriptions, trademarks, logos, images, graphics, designs, software, and layout, are owned by or licensed to Corgi Bottom / CorgiBuds, operated by CORGI LIKE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.

Except as allowed by law or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, license, or exploit Site content.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe, carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and social-media platforms. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that are not under our control.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available. Except for any express product warranty we provide in writing, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

This section does not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corgi Bottom / CorgiBuds, operated by CORGI LIKE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Site, these Terms, or a product purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim arising out of or related to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to that claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, disputes arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively after posting, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.
