We ask that you do not send us highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a specific request and we have asked for it. We do not intentionally collect full payment-card numbers or CVV codes on our systems.

Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional or service-related messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, product-safety notices, or responses to your request.

10. Privacy rights and how to submit a request

Please state your name, the email address used with us, your state/province or country of residence, the right you want to exercise, and sufficient details for us to understand the request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may request proof that the agent is authorized and may verify your identity directly. If we deny a request, we will explain how you may appeal when an appeal right applies.
11. California privacy notice
This section supplements the Privacy Policy for California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), applies to us.
In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2, including identifiers, commercial information, payment and transaction information, internet or other electronic-network activity information, approximate geolocation derived from IP address, preferences and communications, and inferences. We collect this information directly from consumers, automatically through the Site, and from service providers, carriers, payment processors, analytics providers, and advertising partners.
We use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in Sections 3 and 5.
